DMCA Notice

If you submit a valid DMCA notice, we will take action by removing or blocking access to the reported content as required by law. We may also provide the alleged infringer with a copy of your notice, including your contact details, to help resolve the dispute.

If your content was mistakenly taken down, you can submit a counter-notification under the DMCA. The counter-notification must include the following:

  • Information about the removed material and where it was located.
  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury confirming that the removal was a mistake.
  • Your agreement to the legal jurisdiction of your federal district court (or a relevant court if outside the U.S.) and acceptance of legal service.
  • Your signature, either electronic or physical.
