Return and Refund Conditions

  • Physical board games: Return within 30 days of purchase, as long as the game is still in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Opened games: If the game is defective or damaged, we will gladly offer you an exchange or a full refund.
  • Digital content: Unfortunately, digital games and downloadable materials (like expansions or codes) are non-refundable, unless they are defective or unused.

Please include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) with your return.

How to Request a Refund

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. You’ll be refunded to the original payment method or issued store credit.

If your game is defective, our team may need to verify the issue before processing the refund.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong game or if it’s defective, we’ll exchange it for the same item or a similar one of equal value.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
